How nice that you have chosen Juliana! We are happy to explain below what is needed to register.
The following school recommendation is required to register:
Mavo: vmbo-tl/gl or a vmbo-k/g recommendation in consultation with the primary school.
Lwoo is only possible with a gl or tl recommendation.
Havo: vmbo-tl/havo or a havo recommendation.

How does the registration process work?
The registration period for enrolling in the first year of secondary school is from March 17 to March 31, 2027.
During the registration period, you can walk in without an appointment at the appropriate location with your unique code between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We will also schedule an introductory meeting at that time.

When does a student have a chance of being placed?
A student generally only has a chance of being placed in exceptional situations. This may be the case if a student was not selected in the previous school year, if the current school does not offer the appropriate level, or if, in good mutual consultation with the referring school (for example, the support coordinator and/or department head), a request for placement is made.
We do not accept students who need to repeat the same year.
If there is space for placement, a clear justification and recommendation from the previous school is required. If this is provided, you may be invited for an introductory meeting.
You can express your interest in lateral entry after the May holiday in 2027. At that time, a link will be visible here to contact us.
